Role Description

This is a on-site role for a Sales Expert at Somenso in Sofia. The Sales Expert will be responsible for sales of wellbeing services , customer satisfaction, communication, customer service, and consulting activities related to our preventive mental health programs and services. Daily tasks will include engaging with clients, addressing their needs, and promoting our services effectively.

Lead Generation and Marketing Skills
Consulting skills
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Strong communication skills
Experience in sales and customer service roles
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Knowledge of mental health and stress management is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
