As an Office and Logistics Assistant, you coordinate office activities, organize meetings, manage office supplies, and handle the consolidated phone line. You are the first point of contact at the reception, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. On the logistics side, you communicate with transport companies, track deliveries, monitor expenses, and issue invoices with precision.
Your strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency in English at a working level, and ability to work with office applications and administrative systems allow you to handle tasks efficiently and with confidence. Your previous experience in administration or logistics helps you navigate daily challenges with ease.
Due to the specifics of your work, a background in chemistry or experience in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, chemical production, or chemical raw material sales sectors gives you a valuable edge.
Our opportunity for you includes a starting net salary of 1,800 BGN and additional health insurance.
Standard working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM with a structured break schedule. A dynamic and supportive work environment, where you grow professionally and take on new challenges.
