Customer service
For Bulgarian branch, the company is looking to employ customer service.
Under the supervision of the commercial manager, you will:
-Organize and support office business activities on daily basis;
-Coordinate communication flow between Headquarters and BG office;
-Receive orders from local customers, invoicing, prepare offers and coordinate deliveries;
-Prepare orders to Headquarters for the weekly deliveries;
-Assist manager in warehouse management and preparation of business schedule and reports on weekly and monthly basis;
Main requirements:
-Higher or secondary education;
-Good level in spoken and written English;
-Good communication and interpersonal skills;
-Strong planning, time management and organizational skills;
-Energetic and responsible team-player;
-High level of MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook);
-Previous experience at a similar position will be considered as a plus;
-Loyalty and confidentiality;
