Field System Administrator

We are working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a proactive Field System Administrator for their Gaming studios in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Key Responsibilities:

Rapidly respond to technical issues as part of a 24/7 operations team.
Monitor and maintain streaming equipment, ensuring smooth functionality.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Maintain up-to-date records of workstations, configurations, and user access.
Liaise with ISP providers in case of internet connectivity problems.
Ensure compliance with SLA agreements and provide timely incident responses.
Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in system administration.
Fluency in English and Bulgarian.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, international environment.

Hands-on experience with:

Linux (Ubuntu)
Windows Domain Infrastructure – AD, Hybrid AD, DNS, DHCP, Policy Management
Virtualization (VMware)
PowerShell and/or BASH scripting
LAN/WAN Networking – Switching, Routing, VPNs, VLAN, WiFi (Cisco, Ubiquiti)
Server Hardware and Storage Management

Please note: This is a 100% on-site role with a rotating 24/7 shift schedule. Night shifts and weekends paid additionaly.
