Who we're looking for:
We are in search of an "Accountant" to become the key figure in the company's financial structure. We are looking for an experienced enthusiast ready to face various challenges, building the financial infrastructure of the company, someone ready to lay the solid foundations for the future growth of the company.

Responsibilities:
• Perform in-house bookkeeping.
• Take ownership of the monthly and annual reporting processes.
• Participate in annual audits and assist in preparation.
• Actively engage in financial consolidation and control processes.
• Prepare necessary documents for third-party tax return preparation.
• Implement and enhance accounting systems and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications:
• University degree in Finance or Economics.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Finance or Controlling roles.
• Proven bookkeeping experience.
• Proficient in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.
• Strong accounting knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in an international Fintech company is a significant advantage.
• Background in banking or financial services with an international focus preferred.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating responsibility and ownership with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional analytical abilities.
• High proficiency in written and spoken English.
