STORE MANAGER/ASSISTANT MANAGER
Responsabilities:
• Lead the team in store
• Drive performance and sales
• Create an environment that creates an excellent experience for customers
• Monitor day-to-day store operations
• Hire, lead and evaluate the team
• Create an impeccable customer experience in the shop through every interaction
with customers and train each employee to do the same
• They will be responsible for inventory ordering and stocking, merchandising and visual
• Prepare and present reports on KPIs
• Create reports and presentations for upper management
