What you will be doing:

• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
• Manage communication with customers via calls, email, and chat;
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction;
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.

Ideally, your skills will include:

• Proficiency in either of the following languages - German, French, Italian, Dutch, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Turkish, Hebrew, Hungarian, Latvian, Polish;
• Very good English language skills;
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills;
• Punctual and precise about deadlines;
• Very good knowledge of MS Office.
