Sales Development Representative with German

For one of our clients, a fast-growing BPO company, we are currently looking for Sales Development Representative with German.
What you will do:
- Achieve your revenue-based quota by selling/renewing products/services;
- Offer upsell opportunities;
- Work within the dedicated territory for clients;
- Provide accurate weekly/ monthly/ quarterly sales forecast;
- Manage high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day – majority of
communication is outbound.
- Promote strategic adoption of product(s) enhancing the customer experience, establishing optimal
usage behaviors and accelerating the customer\'s time to value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and management to optimize sales processes, systems and
achieve a superior customer experience.
- Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured in a timely
manner.
Your profile:
- Fluent level of German – both written and spoken;
- Very good level of English;
- Experience working in a customer service, sales or outsourcing environment is preferred;
- Knows how to drive value-based selling approach to clients and channel partners in a fast-paced
environment;
- Solid knowledge of MS Office programs;
- Experience working with MS Dynamics CRM, Salesforce or similar will be an advantage;
- Keen on new technologies;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
