The Challenge:
Do you want to build out a suite of software tools that solve enterprise-scale challenges while learning and growing your skills?
We are seeking a talented and motivated Build and Release Engineer with Python to join our Client's team who consists of engineers with strong technical backgrounds who are happy to share their knowledge and to mentor.
This role is more than just coding. You will use your passion to learn new tools and techniques and apply them towards identifying and delivering needed software solutions. You will learn software development principles and how to apply them through various development methodologies.
As a Junior Software Developer you will be responsible for:
Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python
Creating automated testing, continuous integration and deployment pipelines (Jenkins)
Contributing to the design and development of new software solutions and improving existing systems
Collaborating with other developers and stakeholders to solve complex technical problems
Creating and maintaining technical documentation for the software solutions you develop
Required skills to have for the success of this role:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Very good Python programming knowledge
Understanding of software development concepts, such as algorithms, data structures, and design patterns
Familiarity with version control systems
Very good communication and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude
English Language
