Performance Marketing Manager
This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Marketing Manager at Presitely. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, managing budgets, and closely working with key clients to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive results and maximize ROI.
- Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns with a focus on lead generation and high engagement.
- Create actionable reports by combining data from various platforms such as GA4, Google Ads, and SEMRush.
- You are the primary contact for key clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring project success.
- Set up and manage tracking with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and other tools to ensure accurate data collection.
- Plan and execute A/B tests to boost the conversion rate of your campaigns and improve the overall user experience.
- Plan and oversee the work of other teammates ensuring everything stays on track.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills to engage effectively clients and project team.
- 3+ years experience in Digital Marketing, SEM, and CRO.
- Proven track record in creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
- Analytical mindset, proficient in web analysis and reporting, with solid experience with Google Analytics, GTM, and Looker Studio.
- A solid understanding of user experience and conversion rate optimization best practices.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of HTML is a significant plus, allowing you to navigate web-related tasks more efficiently.
- Knowledge of SEO, Content Marketing, and Social Media Marketing.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other related platforms are a plus.
