Hotel Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Manages the entire organization of all activities in the hotel.
2. Presents the hotel in the best way to the customers and is responsible for the quality of the services offered.
3. Controls the quality of the services offered to the customers.
4. Organizes and controls the implementation of repairs, reconstruction and modernization of the hotel.
5. Controls the activities of all departments related to the hotel activity – Front office, reservations, housekeeping, repairs, restaurants, etc.
6. Monitors occupancy in the complex (hotel, apartments, spa centre, restaurants, sports centre, etc.) and works actively to increase it – through marketing and sales.
7. Approves the schedules of the staff in the resort and conducts operational meetings related to the technology of the service and the organization of the work.
8. Organizes, manages and is responsible for keeping all hotel registers and documentation and keeps them.
What are we looking for:
1.University Education - BSC
2.Languages -Excellent written and verbal English
3.Computer skills
4.Experience - Require at least 3 years of experience as a hotel manager
