SERVICE ENGINEER
(for metal cutting machines)
Metal cutting machines and measuring equipment is a division within Euromarket Group, representing global leaders in the production of industrial equipment such as:
- DN SOLUTIONS;- MITUTOYO;

- KENAMETAL;
- LNS;
- SMW AUTOBLOCK;

Какво трябва да притежава
идеалният кандидат?
- Holds a degree in technical education (industrial automation, mechanical engineering, mechanical engineering technology);
- Proficient in English for working with technical documentation and communication with clients and suppliers;
- Familiar with specialized software/ERP as well as MS Office and Outlook;
- Team-oriented with a flexible approach to working with clients;
- Active driver (category B), with the ability to travel within the country.
Advantages during document selection will include:
- Engineering degree at the bachelor’s or master’s level;
- Experience with CAD/CAM software products;
- Previous experience in servicing metal cutting machines.
- Knowledge of control systems such as FANUC, SIEMENS, and HEIDENHAIN

Вашите отговорности?
- Perform installation and initial diagnostics (on-site at the client), including specifying spare parts for metal cutting machines;
- Conduct service activities for initial setup, warranty, and post-warranty maintenance of the machines;
- Respond to technical inquiries from clients and assist with providing technical information;
- Train machine operators on proper operation, including safe work practices and compliance with manufacturer standard;
- Assist in conducting demonstrations.
