Buisness Central Manager

ey Responsibilities:
1. ERP Implementation & Management
Oversee the deployment, customization, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Ensure the system aligns with business needs and supports operational efficiency.
Work closely with IT teams, vendors, and consultants for upgrades and troubleshooting.
2. Business Process Optimization
Analyze and improve workflows across finance, sales, supply chain, and customer service.
Ensure efficient data flow between Business Central and other business applications (CRM, HR, etc.).
Automate repetitive tasks to improve productivity and reduce errors.
3. User Support & Training
Provide training and support to employees using Business Central.
Create user guides and best practices for effective system utilization.
Serve as the main point of contact for system-related issues and troubleshooting.
4. Reporting & Data Analysis
Generate financial, operational, and performance reports using Business Central’s analytics tools.
Monitor KPIs and make data-driven recommendations to improve business performance.
Ensure data integrity and security compliance.
5. Compliance & Security
Ensure Business Central is configured to meet industry standards and regulations.
Manage user roles, permissions, and data access controls.
Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to protect sensitive business information.
Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly NAV).
Experience with ERP implementation, customization, and integrations.
Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
Understanding of business workflows in finance, inventory, and supply chain.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
Project management skills for overseeing system improvements.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to system optimization.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in ERP management, preferably with Business Central or NAV.
Microsoft Dynamics certifications (e.g., Business Central Functional Consultant) are a plus.
