In connection with the large volume of work of our client, we are looking for:
What you’ll be doing:
Defines production type, manufacturing process, risk assessment and characteristics for new or changing processes in electronics production
Supports and refine manufacturing processes in new and existing projects according to lean philosophy
Prepares feasibility studies and technical requirements for new products and technical changes
Calculates machine and equipment capacity
Follows established targets regarding quality, cost efficiency and time lines
Defines and approve necessary production equipment, considering specification sheets and customer requirements, ensures competitiveness of the production processes
Participate in description of FMEA and responsible for P-FMEA
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor degree in Engineering, Process Technology, Manufacturing or related field
Knowledge of automotive manufacturing or several years experience in electronics manufacturing
Knowledge of FMEA, Lean methodology and SMED analysis
PC literacy - SAP, MS Office
Experience in project management and good communication skills
Advanced knowledge of English, German is considered as an advantage
