• Location: This position requires on-site presence in our office in Sofia.

Main Responsibilities of the Sales Specialist:
1. Maintenance of business channels:
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with distributors, key accounts (KA) and resellers. Develop DIY channels.
• Information Collection: Gather and analyze market information, client requirements, and competitor activities.
• Price and Stock Support: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure competitive pricing and adequate stock levels for Partners.
• Implement the company’s product, channel and pricing policies.
2. Store Visits and Shop-monitoring:
• Shop-monitoring: Conduct regular visits to reseller and retailer stores to maintain relationships and understand their on-ground challenges.
• Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from shop-monitoring to relay back to the internal team for continuous improvement.
• Ensuring contract compliance: Checking compliance with signed agreements
3. Reporting and Analysis:
• Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager, detailing performance, challenges, and market insights.
• Data Analysis: Use MS Excel nalyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth.
4. Handling Paperwork:
• Handling Paperwork for business administration: Prepare sales contracts, coordinate signing and implementation.
• Clarifying terms of sales to clients
5. Managing Ad hoc tasks
• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors when required by the Employer’s immediate needs.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in the ICT sector.

Specific requirements:
• A valid driving license is mandatory due to the nature of store visits. Better having personal car.
• Willingness to travel frequently on one-day business trips in Bulgaria to major cities.
