Customer Support Advisor(m,f) German: Service platform

Working hours: Monday-Friday 9 :00 am - 6 :00 pm
Tasks:

Answer inbound calls from customers, to provide guidance on creating a service request.

Assist customers to do basic troubleshooting for phone, watch and other devices.

Do outbound calls and timely follow up to customers to resolve their issues.

Resolve repair discrepancies / delays.

Look into part inquiries & product or liability issues.

Assign a ticket to respective team if they unable to resolve customer issue.
Profile:
-
Are fluent in both German and English
-
Have basic technical exposure to multiple browser types, Microsoft products and smart devices.

Have excellent communication skills and ability to deal with multiple issues simultaneously.

Are able to identify and understand client needs and match their pace

Have the ability to present complex information in a simple way
