Duties

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance.

• Conduct market research to stay informed about property trends, pricing, and local market conditions.

• Prepare and present property listings

• Schedule and conduct property viewings and client meetings.

• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using administrative tools.

• Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
