Performance Marketing Expert – Google Ads

Our company is a well-established name in direct and digital marketing. We run high-performing advertising campaigns for clients whose names you’ll instantly recognize. We also deliver presentations, organize seminars, and occasionally even write e-books—all from our small office in Sofia, managing projects across Bulgaria and Europe.

We don’t care about your age, gender, or personal beliefs—what matters is your ability to:

• Plan, build, and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns for clients across Europe—often within tight deadlines.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance—testing strategies, formats, creatives, audiences, and more.
• Analyze campaign effectiveness using tools like Google Analytics.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.
• Excellent command of English and Bulgarian (written and spoken).
• Attention to detail—because the small things matter.
• Good organizational and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points for:

• Experience in Meta Ads management (a strong plus).
• Familiarity with other advertising platforms like LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Bing Ads, Pinterest Ads, etc.
• A good sense of humor (always a plus).

Work Schedule & Location:

• Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Remote work option on Thursdays and Fridays
• Sofia, Bulgaria – Petar Dertliev Blvd. 25 (Lyulin 10), near metro & public transport
