Role Description
Our agency is looking for a Senior PPC Expert to help grow our client’s business across multiple markets including Europe, Africa and Latam.
The ideal person for this role has a proven PPC track record and knows how to stay ahead of industry trends both B2B & B2C.
He/she will lead the planning, implementation, optimization, and reporting of performance ads (META, LinkedIn, MS Ads & Google Ads) to help drive traffic, and leads as well as maximize ROI across Paid Social & Search channels.
Key Responsibilities

Develop Digital Campaigns for different objectives (awareness, acquisition, lead generation, etc.) – including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, MS Ads, Programmatic, Local Digital Media, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, etc.

End-to-end management of performance marketing activity across Paid Social & Search channels, with a key focus on driving the growth of these channels through clearly defined KPIs.

Create and set up ad accounts – excellent understanding of Gtag, GTM, Pixel, and Search Console implementation, alongside preparing technical requirements for clients.

Implement and manage tracking solutions, ensuring accurate data collection using tools like Google Tag Manager, Gtag, and Pixels, and maintaining high-quality tracking for conversion goals and events.

Tracking performance, providing detailed analysis, and making data-driven recommendations to improve ad performance and maximize ROAS.

Conduct research and analysis for site products and categories, as well as competitive performance.

Manage and optimize budgets of various scales across paid advertising channels.

Мanage performance marketing reporting to ensure regular, actionable insights.

Regularly monitor the competition through all digital media channels and develop comprehensive competitive analysis.

Manage all financial aspects of media plans and provide post-buy reporting.
Requirements

3+ years of relevant experience in a Multi-channel online advertising environment with a focus on Performance Advertising and Data-Driven Strategies

Proven PPC Experience in iGaming is a strong benefit

PPC experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, MS Ads and other relevant tools

Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Experience with Excel and PowerPoint

Strong organizational skills and analytical thinking

Fluent in English and Bulgarian
