What’s This Role About?

We’re looking for a talented, creative, and tech-savvy Graphic Designer + Social Media Specialist to join our innovative team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This full-time, in-office role is at the heart of our Graphic Design and Marketing Department. You’ll blend artistic skill with strategic thinking to elevate our brand and ensure our visuals resonate across multiple digital platforms. As Our Graphic Designer, You’ll Be Responsible For:

Graphic Design Excellence: Creating compelling graphics, from logos and brand materials to advertisements, event visuals, and website assets that align with our brand’s vision.
Social Media Management: Managing and curating our social media profiles, producing engaging content to drive audience growth, and ensuring each post reflects our brand personality.
Content Planning & Scheduling: Developing content calendars, scheduling posts, and keeping our social channels active and relevant.
Collaboration with Teams: Working closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals, translate ideas into powerful visuals, and support promotional activities.
Brand Consistency: Ensuring a consistent look and feel across all materials and social channels, maintaining alignment with brand guidelines.
Market and Trends Analysis: Staying up-to-date with industry trends, social media algorithms, and emerging design techniques to keep us ahead of the curve.
Engagement & Analytics: Monitoring social media performance, analyzing metrics, and tweaking content to maximize engagement and reach.
Asset Management: Organizing and maintaining a library of design files, brand assets, and social media resources for easy access and efficient use.

What Skills and Experience Do You Need?

Proven Design Expertise: Demonstrable experience in graphic design, ideally within a marketing or creative environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Social Media Know-How: Solid experience managing social media platforms, with a good understanding of trends, engagement strategies, and platform best practices.
Creativity and Visual Storytelling: A flair for creating visuals that capture attention and communicate effectively.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and social media management tools. Familiarity with video editing is a plus.
Strong Communication and Team Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, able to collaborate across departments and articulate design decisions.
Language Proficiency: Strong written and verbal skills in English; Bulgarian is a plus.
Educational Background: A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience can be a strong substitute.

Bonus Points if You:

SEO & Content Marketing Knowledge: Understand SEO principles and how they relate to social media.
Video and Animation Skills: Experience with motion graphics and video editing for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
Copywriting Skills: An eye for detail in language, able to craft catchy captions and ad copy.
Photography & Videography Skills: Experience shooting and editing photos and videos to enhance social media and campaign content is a major plus.
