Customer Support with Dutch

Our web shops offer an extensive selection of stylish and functional products. As we expand our reach and enhance our brand presence, we are seeking to hire an employee in the field of customer service with Dutch.
What will be your role?
- Answering clients’ queries in a timely and professional manner by phone, email, live chat;
- You must always provide the most accurate and complete information to customers regarding products, pricing information, delivery status etc.;
- Maintaining accurate client data records on the database;
- Collaborating with other team members.
What do we ask?
- Fluency in Dutch;
- Working level of English;
- Experience in a customer service environment;
- Have excellent communication skills;
- Excellent typing and computer skills.
