For our client, an international outsourcing company, specialized in providing customer support, KYC and anti-fraud solutions, we are looking for a professional for the position of a:

VIP Client Support Representative (DACH Region)

Main responsibilities:

• Provide customer service for VIP clients of the company;
• Focus on finding quick and effective solutions;
• Offer additional products;
• Communicating with clients via live chat, and email in both German and English.

Main requirements:

• Fluent written and spoken German and English skills (B2-C1);
• Previous experience as a Sales representative, retention, or conversion agent;
• Possibility to work on shifts;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
