User Support Associate (Italian Speakers) / For Social media platform
User support - answering to tickets and chats from users regarding forgot passwords, unable to log in, banned account, etc.;
Two channels of communication - email (using macros and templates) and live chat;
Shifts: 7 days a week on 4 days work/2 days rest rotation. Schedule prepared for the 3 months upfront. Working on holidays is with double payment;
Working hours are only from 9:00AM until 18:00PM
Hybrid model of work, first two months from the office (BSR 2 building - 5 Nikola Tesla str., Sofia), after this 3 days from the office, 2 days from home
