Requirements:
-C1/2 level of German, both written and spoken;
-Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
-Previous experience in customer support or similar roles is preferred;
-Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills;
-Ability to work from the office in Sofia;
-Willingness to work on shifts.
