Technical Customer Representative with English (Hybrid)

Our partner is looking for a Technical Customer Representative with English (Hybrid), located in Sofia, to join their team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance by answering incoming calls in English;
• Providing general technical guidance and assistance in problem-solving;
• Maintaining the client database and updating it.

• Excellent verbal and written English (B2 – C1 Level);
• Computer literacy and experience with MS Office;
• Previous experience in customer assistan roles will be an advantage, but not necessary.
