Our partner is looking for a Technical Customer Representative with English (Hybrid), located in Sofia, to join their team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance by answering incoming calls in English;
- Providing general technical guidance and assistance in problem-solving;
- Maintaining the client database and updating it.

- Excellent verbal and written English (B2 – C1 Level);
- Computer literacy and experience with MS Office;
- Previous experience in customer assistan roles will be an advantage, but not necessary.
