Main Responsibilities:
Ensuring high customer satisfaction;
Contacting potential clients via phone using script;
Updating job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities;
Meeting all targets and KPIs set by the managers.
Profile of the Successful Candidate:
A good command in English;
Experience in customer interaction will be considered an advantage;
Willingness to learn;

Great team player with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
