Job Summary
We are actively seeking a dynamic and results-oriented salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of CRM systems, and the ability to establish and maintain robust client relationships. As a salesperson at Callista, you will drive our growth by identifying new business opportunities and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Present and demonstrate the Odoo ERP system to potential clients.
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and customer needs.
Qualifications
• Proven 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the B2B IT industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Fluency in English and Bulgarian.
• Proficient in CRM software.
• Motivated and results-oriented person who is able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
