Bulgarian Consultants Ltd is a startup company. We value engineers and recognise engineers their expertise. This company is founded by a software engineer that has a passion of OO developement and electronics. We avoid frameworks were we can, avoid cargo cult programming, keep code small, follow OO paradims, use statically typed languages, perform real analysis and design before we start programming. We have no managers. We value rational arguments, have to ability to separate intellegent people from average once and believe that this gives us a competitive advantage. At our company, you will have a change to learn many new things. We will not organise courses. Rather, official study time is planned in when needed. We believe that engineers can learn a technology in a week or so. We will only ask you to learn technologies that are useful in the market.
