We are currently helping one of our major clients - a market-leading BPO company, in expanding one of their Travel Advisory teams, focusing on business clients from the DACH region.

Main Requirements:
• At least 1 year of previous experience within a Customer Support or client-facing function;
• Fluency in German;
• Advanced level of English - above B2;
• Good communication and computer literacy;
• Previous experience within the Tourism/ Travel/ Airline industry would be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
• Help organize business travel for clients, including plane tickets, railway and/ or automotive transportation;
• Coordination of set travel plans, and ensure timely responses to unexpected situations;
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone and e-mail, ensuring accurate information is provided, as well as concerns are being addressed based on the company's services portfolio;
• Act as a main point of contact from initial client inquiry, through issue resolution;
• Update client database and help improve the overall work processes.
