VERO Digital Solutions OOD, found in 2018, is a provider of comprehensive digital services targeting the crafting, construction and infrastructure sector. The headquarter is located in Sofia, Bulgaria. We are developing powerful, robust, native, mobile Applications for the challenging utilization on the construction sites all around the globe. These mobile Applications are accompanied with a versatile Web-Interface. All front-end applications are connected to our RESTful API.
To strengthen our team, we are seeking an experienced Head of Frontend Development with the passion, expertise, and leadership skills to lead our three frontend development teams (Web, iOS and Android) and develop innovative, user-friendly applications. Each team is equipped with a team-lead you will be heading in the future.
Your Tasks:
- Analyze, revise and automate billing processes.
- Liquidity planning and cash flow management.
- Manage open items and reconcile bank transactions.
- Administer usage contracts and billing towards our customers.
- Handle HR tasks such as employment contracts, recruiting, service and work contracts.
- Coordinate appointments and plan events (customer workshops, developer workshops).
- Handle project tasks related to scaffolding, including calculation and change order management.
- Manage basic processes: issuing invoices, performance listings, recruitment process.
Your Profile:
- Completed studies in business administration, economics, or a comparable field.
- Business all-rounder with solid knowledge in various areas.
- High willingness to travel (50% of working time at our office locations), otherwise remote work.
- Fluent in English; additional german and slavic languages are an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of Office 365.
- Experience in managing usage rights and licenses for software tools and services.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of project management and experience in project coordination.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Interest in new technologies and innovations in the craft and digital services sector.
- Experience in dealing with customers and service providers.
