HR Generalist
Responsibilities:
• Own and handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, testing and offerings, and onboarding of new hires
• Proactively source and attract candidates through various means: external job posting, social media search, internal referrals, head hunting; participate in job fairs and universities recruiting initiatives
• Closely collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Develop and implement HR policies and organize initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance productivity and retention
• Manage training programs and development plans to enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities and professional knowledge
• Conduct regular formal and informal meetings with team members, maintaining a thriving working environment at all times
• Own the administrative and coordination activities when related to employee benefits, perks of the workplace, CSR activities and corporate events
• Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors, including staffing agencies
• Provide administrative support to the Administration department
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business administration or a related field
• 5+ years of human resources experience
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bulgarian and English
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Out of the box thinking, proactiveness, and flexibility
• Positive and professional attitude
