Office Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Maintenance: Ensure the office is clean, organized, and reflects a professional and welcoming environment.
- Supplies Management: Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure availability.
- Interior Design Touch: Add creative flair to the office layout and décor to create a pleasant and motivating workspace.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, repairs or upgrades, and other needs.
- Workplace Support: Assist staff with their day-to-day office needs and ensure a productive and comfortable working environment.
- Event Coordination: Help set up and decorate spaces for internal events, meetings, and celebrations.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle mail, deliveries, and other routine office tasks. Organize and manage the CEO’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Assist with preparation of documents, presentations, and reports for leadership purposes.

- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with basic office tools and software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Friendly and professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
