Customer Support Representative with German & English

Main responsibilities:

• Assisting the clients of the company in German via various channels;
• Entering and processing customer\'s information in the company\'s system;
• Advising the company\'s clients into upgrading their contracts for better conditions;

• Excellent level of proficiency in German written and spoken (C1);
• Very good level of English written and spoken (B2);
• Analytical and logical way of thinking;
• Previous experience is not required, but will be considered an advantage;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
