Virtual Assistant with Call Handling Skills
We are a letting and property sales agency in London, UK and require a virtual assistant to help with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.
Responsibilities

Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage agendas/appointments

Manage phone calls and correspondence

Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

Arrange and coodrdinate property repairs & contractor visits

Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Create adverts and listings for available properties, arrange viewings with potential leads
Requirements

Excellent English, decent PC/laptop and reliable/fast internet.

Great customer service / phone skills

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Excellent organizational skills

Able to work independently. Smart. Clever. Resourceful. High attention to detail

Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Working Time Zone: UK (Mon - Fri- 9am - 5pm)
Location: Home Based
Compensation: £800 (1850-1900 BGN)
