Facility Specialist

We are looking for a Facility Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing the annual plan for the maintenance and repair activities of the company's facilities and equipment.
• Managing relationships with subcontractors on assigned projects and being responsible for the quality of their work and the fulfilment of the assigned tasks to deadlines.
• Managing and coordinating internal company projects.
• Checking the equipment in the building and determining the need for maintenance or repairs.
• Managing the support staff (security, hygienists, etc.) and external contractors.
• Providing timely response in case of emergency.
• Appropriate time management which is essential for the efficient accomplishment of the combination of tasks for this position.
• Recording revenues and expenses and preparing monthly maintenance reports. Preparing an annual budget for future costs related to the maintenance of the building.
• Keeping the technical documentation for the equipment and machinery of the company.
• Maintaining regular contacts with all companies providing services related to the maintenance of the building and all adjacent areas.
• Assuming responsibility for all documents related to the implementation of repair and construction activities in accordance with the effective Bulgarian laws.

Requirements for the position:

• Technical education
• Experience in positions with similar responsibilities
• Ability to make quick decisions
• Attention to the detail
• Good computer literacy
• Good written and spoken English
• Excellent planning, organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
