Service & Installation Technician
The Service Technician will be responsible for installing, commissioning, maintaining & repairing painting equipment and related products. The ideal candidate will have strong technical, organizational and commutation skills.
- Install and set up painting equipment and systems at customer sites. Provide training to client’s staff;
- Ensure proper configuration and functionality according to manufacturer specifications and customer requirements;
- Perform routine maintenance checks and inspections;
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, conduct repairs and replacements of components;
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers, both on-site and remotely;
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs, explain technical procedures, and provide guidance on product usage and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and generate service reports
Requirements
- Tehnical background and proven experience as a service technician or similar role;
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time and tasks efficiently;
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record; willingness to travel across the country on a regular basis;
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and perform tasks in various work environments.
