We are looking for a Senior Tester for our client who builds self-organizing technical teams and offers software development services, partnering with businesses and entrepreneurs to create new products. With over 300 successful projects, some ongoing for over 8 years, they strive for long-term success. Job Overview:
You’ll be part of a dedicated team working on a strategy platform that unifies and streamlines negotiation processes. This platform empowers users with real-time collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and strategic guidance, directly impacting industries worldwide.
Responsibilities:
· Designing and executing end-to-end (e2e) tests and integration tests to ensure platform stability.
· Conducting manual testing when required to catch potential issues from a user’s perspective.
· Collaborating closely with developers to write and maintain tests in Playwright and Jest, running on top of NodeJs, Docker, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
· Ensuring the platform meets high-quality standards and supports effective, seamless collaboration for a global user base.
Requirements:
· Minimum 3+ years of experience in software testing.
· Experience in Playwright, Jest, NodeJS, Docker, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
· Strong understanding of writing and executing end-to-end (e2e) and integration tests.
· Experience in manual testing to catch edge cases and potential usability issues.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Nice to have:
· Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
· Experience with performance and load testing.

Interview Process:
1. Initial screen: A friendly 45-minute cultural and technical interview.
2. Homework Assignment- If there’s a match, we’ll provide a brief homework assignment,
designed to take around 2 hours to complete.
3. Technical Deep Dive: An hour technical interview to discuss the homework and conduct a
technical deep dive.
