Currently, we are looking for an experienced professional who will take the position of a:
PROJECT MANAGER
As part of the PMO Division, the Project Manager will take a key role in strategic projects and will actively participate in achieving the company's plans for long-term growth, innovation, and efficiency.
Some of your duties:
- Create, maintain, and update project documentation for project initiation and management;
- Coordinate the process of project resources assignment;
- Plan business activities within the project and set key milestones;
- Execute the project as per the approved scope, budget, and timeframe;
- Control task execution by the project team and identify non-conforming activities, conflicts, and risks.
Essential requirements for the role:
We need someone with experience in working in cross-functional teams, with a result-oriented mindset. We would be glad if you also have:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Project Management / Project Coordination as part of a Banking institution or FinTech company;
- Bachelor's or higher University degree in Finance/Banking, Computer Science, (Business) Informatics, or relevant specialty;
- Knowledge of PMI® PMBOK, Prince 2. Certification would be a strong advantage;
- Some knowledge of BIAN, TOGAF, or certification;
- Experience using Waterfall methodology. Some knowledge or will to learn and use Agile methodology;
- Some experience in managing IT-related projects and/or software delivery processes will be a great advantage but it's not mandatory;
- Very good command of the English language (B2 level).
