Quality Engineer – Electronics

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement test plans for electronic components and assemblies.
- Calibrate and maintain measurement and testing equipment.
- Conduct internal process audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Assess and manage suppliers to ensure high-quality materials and components.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Oversee the introduction of new products into the production process from a quality perspective.
- Manage inspection equipment and prepare purchase requests.
- Supervise and coordinate the handling of non-conforming products.
- Act as the ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) Coordinator to ensure compliance with international standards.
- Apply IPC standards in electronics manufacturing processes.
- Lead and oversee the complaint handling process, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Automation (or equivalent technical background).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control of electronic products in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality improvement methodologies, including root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong MS Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of IPC standards and ESD management.
