Customer support Quality engineer

In connection with the large volume of work of our client, we are looking for:
Customer support Quality engineer
Responsibilities:
• Processing and follow up of customer complaints
• Attending meetings with customers and related parties.
• Processing of customer portals
• Reporting of technical analysis of complaint/warranty parts to the customer.
• Initiating and follow up of Root cause analysis.
• Processing and follow up of customer re-debits
• Organizing of sorting actions with external service providers (sorting companies).
• Creation and update of work instructions for assembly & production.
• Training of the machine operators acc to the work instructions related to the issue
• Control of leading of sorting log buch, inventory of the Not Ok parts, WI compliance during the sorting.
Requirements:
• Academic degree in engineering
• Very good knowledge of German and/or English (verbal and written)
• Excellent MS-Office skills
• Min. 2 years professional experience in Automotive
• Strong knowledge in IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, 8D Reports
• Precise, exact and reliable way of working
