In connection with the large volume of work of our client, we are looking for:
Supply Chain Specialist
Reviewing daily customer demand and validating deviations;
Planning and controlling all needs for raw and packaging materials;
Monitoring the status of purchase orders, shipments of materials, and any required adjustments to deliveries;
Processing documentation, related to purchase orders and material deliveries;
Arranging transport of goods and tracking orders to ensure timely deliveries;
Minimizing slow-moving stocks, analyzing data, and giving proposals;
Communication with internal and external business partners;
Representing the company in a professional and positive manner.
What we are looking for:
Supply chain knowledge;
Excellent skills in both written and spoken English;
Strong knowledge of Excel;
Strong organization, planning, and time management skills;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Experience with ERP systems;
Ability to gather and analyze data.
