Quality Manager
We are looking for a Quality Manager.
Responsibilities for Quality Manager:
• Collaborate with the General Manager and the Plant Manager to set quality benchmarks
• Be aware of the industry standards
• Create standards by industry standards and customer expectations
• Identify and optimize quality control processes to ensure criteria are met at all times
• Execute tests to check final product adherence to the company standards
• Record findings and relay this information to the production team
• Brainstorm ideas to increase productivity with the Plant Manager and performance of the production line while maintaining and improving accuracy in quality
• Make crucial decisions in favor of cost-efficiency without compromising on quality
• Oversee production to ensure conformity in final product processing
• Manage daily of the Quality Team (8 to 14 people)
• Interact daily with the Plant Manager or every week
Qualifications for Quality Manager:
• Prior experience as a quality manager in a production processing environment
• Familiar with company and industry quality standards and processes
• Proficient in electronics/microelectronics
• Good practice with Microsoft Office, SAP, or other applications
• In-depth knowledge of market trends, best practices and conditions
• Excellent reactivity, strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Able to positively influence others
• Great team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English spoken and written
• Another foreign language French would be a plus
• Able to travel in Europe or abroad
