Deputy Store Manager M/F/D

That's why we are looking for a new colleague woman or man for the Deputy Store Manager  position in Sofia.

Description of the Role's Purpose and Main Objective in the Company:
Coordinates the product picking process. The main focus is on optimizing the selection of goods and providing excellent customer service. The position is suitable for a woman or a man.


Responsibilities:

• Support Store Manager in daily operations and managing his /her team 
• Create Workforce Schedule and Monitor Workers presence  
• Loads the hotzone according to company requirements     
• Communicates with Call Center and SAP Support        
• Offers help to colleagues where needed.     
• Complies with work instructions in the performance of duties.     
• Monitoring attendance, shift planning, and training new recruits.
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene, veterinary regulations, health, and safety at work.

Requirements:

• Education: in Retail / Logistics or similar  will be advantage 
• Working experience:   More than 2 years of service in the field 
• Fluency in English       
• Knowledge in MS Office 
• Knowledge of eGrocery processes is an advantage.
• Product knowledge - you know what we have on our shelves.
• Knowledge in using technology for operational optimization. (SAP, Tableau, Confluence, internal technology) will be advantage.
• You can make quick and effective decisions and take responsibility for them.
• You are independent, proactive, and a team player who values teamwork, including with external colleagues.
• You have a positive energy that can inspire people around you and show them the right direction.
