Sales Development Consultant(Full-time): Launch Your Sales Career with Us! (1-4 Weeks Promotion to SALES)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identifying and reaching out to potential clients through calls to generate interest in the company’s services.
Qualification: Assessing leads to determine their level of interest and readiness to move forward in the sales process.
Collaboration with Sales Teams: Working closely with sales agents to hand off qualified leads and providing insights on client needs and interests.
Market Research: Staying informed on market trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities via morning breefs every day.
Goals:
Create Quality Leads: Focus on generating high-quality leads that align with the company’s target market and objectives.
Rapid Promotion: Achieve the goal of being promoted to a Sales/Conversion Agent within 1-4 weeks by consistently demonstrating success in lead generation and relationship building, along with a strong understanding of the sales process.
