1. Physical store management:

• Daily control over the store's activities.
• Inventory maintenance and merchandise management.
• Providing a clean, organized and attractive environment for customers.
• Consulting and providing necessary support to clients.
• Manage payments and transactions in the store.

2. Management of the online store:

• Processing online orders and preparing for delivery.
• Regularly updating the product catalog (adding new products, updating prices and descriptions).
• E-commerce account management (order tracking, returns and resolving delivery issues).
• Maintaining good customer relationships through online support (e-mail, chat, phone).

Requirements:

• Good knowledge in managing online stores (e-commerce).
• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
• Experience in sales and store management.
• Organizational skills and ability to lead a small team.
• Basic IT knowledge for managing the online platform.
