About Us:
Balkan Agricultural Ltd. was established in 2007 with registration in Sofia-city, Bulgaria. As of August 2016, the company is the owner of a new-constructed factory for processing fruit and vegetables in the town of Pazardzhik, equipped with the most contemporary technologies and machinery. The enterprise specializes in the processing of tomatoes and is the largest processor in Bulgaria with a daily capacity of processed raw material of 700 tons.
The company observes the latest innovations in the industry and pays close attention to environmental protection. The factory has implemented the HACCP system and holds certificates according to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. It also has a HALAL certificate allowing it to trade its products in the Arab world.
The factory is equipped with the latest technologies and machinery by Catelli Food Technology produced in Italy. CFT is a leading producer of machinery and equipment for processing and packaging, mostly for the food industry. The factory holds a highly-technological line, specially designated for the production and antiseptic filling of HB and CB tomato paste with various levels of concentration, in compliance with the international highest-level criteria.
The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented International Sales Specialist to join our team at Balkan Agricultural Ltd. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our reach into new international markets for our tomato puree products. .
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify, target, and secure new clients in international markets.
• Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation and contract finalization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and forecast market trends.
• Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for the management team.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the agricultural industry.
• Relevant education.
• Proven ability to identify and develop new markets.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluency in English, additional languages a plus.
• Valid driver's license.
