Job Description:

 MONITORING AND EXECUTING OUR CLIENTS AMAZON RELAY ACCOUNTS.

 Reporting any delays, changes, and notification for the current trips to THE Relay

Operation Center/ ROC.

 Answer calls and emails from Relay Operation Center and drivers

 Communicating with the drivers via WhatsApp / telegram chats and telephone.

 NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY, however.

 100% English speaking, reading and writing is required.

 Excellent communication skills

 Be able to adapt to changes daily

 A high-energy approach with a positive attitude

 Problem-solving skills

 Ability to work in a busy environment and schedule flexibility is very important.
