As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our operations team in Sofia, Bulgaria. We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Operations Specialist to join our collaborative, family-like team and support our operations processes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing and maintaining Excel files to support internal and client needs.
* Communicating with suppliers and clients, primarily via email.
* Managing aspects of logistics, including coordination with warehouses and forwarders.
* Reviewing and verifying relevant documents and files.

What We’re Looking For:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
* A proactive, open-minded attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
* Commercial orientation is a plus.
