We are currently recruiting for one of our partners - a leading outsourcing company. We are looking for:
Technical Support Agent with French and English
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users/ network users, and troubleshooting;
- Handle, solve or escalate calls within guidelines;
- Assist in selection and evaluation of hardware and software.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both French and English (C1).
- Strong communication, interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
- Accuracy, research skills and attention to detail.
- Good active listening.
- Ability to anticipate and solve problems.
- Teamwork skills.
- Customer and technical service skills.
