What you will do:

• Communicate effectively via phone, email, and chat, delivering exceptional service;

• Provide personalized support to corporate travelers - handling inquiries, bookings for flights, hotels, trains, and other travel arrangements;

• Ensure a smooth and stress-free travel experience by offering timely solutions before and during trips;

• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
